NEW MEMBERSHIP

To become a new member of our club, please print out the membership form and mail to the address on the form, along with the proper payment. This can be done at any time of year.  If received after October 1st, it will become active for the following calendar year.

RENEWALS

Dues are payable on October 31st.  Please print out the membership form and mail to the address on the form, along with the proper payment. Renewals received after December 20th will be assessed a $10 late fee. If proper fee's are not submitted with your membership application, you will be billed accordingly and your membership will not be processed until fees are received.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

1. One year individual adult membership     $55
   Entitles member to one vote and all MAAHA privileges, and membership to IAHA.
   
2. Three years individual adult membership     $155
   Entitles member to a 3 year membership to IAHA and MAAHA with all privileges, one vote.
   
3. One year Associate Adult membership    $15
   Entitles member to MAAHA program privileges, no voting privileges, does not include IAHA membership.
   
4. One year Limited Adult Membership    $25
   Entitles member to MAAHA voting privileges and program participation, does not include IAHA membership.
   
5. One year Youth membership    $25
   Open to members under the age of 18. Includes all privileges to MAAHA and IAHA membership.
